Abstract
Varidase¢ç, a synthetic of Streptokinase-Streptodornase. is a safe, widely used enzymatic anti-inflammatory drug.
The clinical effect of Varidase¢ç was evaluated in 30 cases with 7 chronic and 23 acute respiratory tract infection. One case was excluded because the patient had been medicated with Varidase¢ç.
The drug was administrated orally with a 1020-2040mg (4-8T) dose per day for 7 to 14 days. The clinical response was effective in 79.31%, but 6 of these cases were combined with other drugs (Antibiotics 2, Bronchodilator 4).
Adverse effects were noted in¢¥ 3 cases with mild gastrointestinal troubles.
